Hi everybody, Dr. Ryan here. Today we are going to be demonstrating the snow angel exercise. Caitlynn is going to be our model for this, lying on her back with her arms at her side and her legs together. She’s going to be taking a breath in and doing a snow angel motion and coming back to that starting position, the most important thing is that we keep the entire back on the ground as we want to make sure to stimulate those back muscles. And that’s your snow angel exercise.
