The first “T” is trauma. This is us being too harsh when it comes to physical excursion, combined with not giving it rest and time to recover. The Chiropractic adjustment increases proprioception (the good input) and decreases nociception (the bad input) within the body, allowing it to adapt and recover.
The second “T” is toxins. In this day in age the human body is overloaded with toxins starting from birth with dangerous vaccines. Also contributing to this overload is pharmaceutical drugs, polluted air, not eating real food, and even thing you don’t think about such as anti-bacterial soap, most cleaning products, pesticides, and herbicides. The third “T” is thoughts. Everything that happens in this world first started as a thought. Most people think negatively and out of fear, talk about stressful!
