DR. RYAN WILK
Hello, my name is Dr. Ryan Wilk and I am a Chiropractor. Let me tell you about my journey. I grew up in the small town of Wittmann, AZ. My childhood was filled with school, desert adventurers with my friends, home-cooked meals, and unforgettable times with my family. My mom, Sandy, and my dad, Chuck, have always been there for support and encouragement. You will likely see them in the office from time to time. I have three siblings that are each married with 2 kids each. That’s right, I am an uncle of 6 beautiful nieces!
School has led me all over the place. I went to elementary school in Wittmann at Nadaburg. Then I made my way to Peoria, AZ where I attended high school at Centennial High School. For college I headed up to Flagstaff to attend Northern Arizona University where I received my B.S. in Biology with a Chemistry minor.
From there I ended up moving to California and received my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. Immediately after graduation I made my way back home to open a Chiropractic practice in Peoria, AZ in December of 2014.
A little about my personal life, my junior year at Centennial H.S. I met my high school sweetheart, Jessi, and we have been together ever since. We both attended NAU for our undergrad degrees. Jessi majored in education all while competing as an NCAA athlete as a swimmer. We got engage exactly how it was supposed to happen, with the sand between our toes, in the paradise of Hawaii. We had our beautiful desert wedding surround by all of our family and friends March of 2017 in Arizona at the foot of the Superstition Mountains. In March of 2019 Jessi delivered our beautiful daughter Jane at home. Wow, that was the most amazing experience I have ever shared with someone. She is the strongest woman I know!
My Chiropractic interest was sparked during a late-night talk with my brother the summer before college started. After some research, I decided Chiropractic was the profession for me. It was during the first year of Chiropractic school that I realized Chiropractic actually chose me. From that moment on I have been committed and on purpose to fulfill the mission of Adjusting, Educating, and Empowering families to live life to their optimal function.
I am very excited to call Peoria, AZ home and be able to enjoy life with Jessi, Jane, family, and friends. I’m looking forward to serving this wonderful community through Chiropractic, educating on a healthy lifestyle, and empowering people to live life to their optimal function.
I believe everyone should have the opportunity to receive Chiropractic care. I believe humanity will be better off if everyone gets checked and adjusted by a Chiropractor regularly. I know kids are the future and the most important investment in life. I believe Ryno Family Chiropractic will lead families to greater expression of health and knowledge in Peoria, AZ, and the surrounding communities will be well off for that. Anything less than that is depriving families of life!
I can’t wait to see you in the office and to start the journey of tuning you into your magnificence!
Dr. Ashley Adams
Hello, my name is Dr. Ashley Adams and I am a Chiropractor. I was raised in Kenora, Ontario, Canada and grew up heavily involved in sports and outdoor activities. I enjoyed soccer, gymnastics, track and field, volleyball, swimming and baseball. My vigorous soccer training allowed me to play NCAA Division 1 Soccer at South Dakota State University. Throughout my four years of University soccer, I was fortunate to sustain no injures. I attribute this to my consistency in chiropractic care and nutrition.
Chiropractic has always been the foundation to my success in sports and wellbeing in my active lifestyle. There was a turning point in my Biology Pre- Professional degree were I knew I wanted to become a Chiropractor in order to assist people the way chiropractic had helped me. I then moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota where I obtained my Doctorate of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University. After graduation, I relocated to the Phoenix area and am excited to officially call this home! My current hobbies include hiking, outdoor-sports, gardening and cooking. I look forward to meeting you and assisting you with your overall health and wellbeing.
Dr. Liz Cerny
Hello, my name is Dr. Liz Cerny and I am a Chiropractor. I am from small-town Kansas and grew up in a beautiful family of ten. My chiropractic journey began after a childhood sledding accident. My parents took me to a chiropractor who helped me heal properly. After I graduated high school in Idaho, I worked for that same doctor as a secretary at the front desk.
I was introduced to the in’s and out’s of the paperwork side of chiropractic. Working as part of that team, and seeing all the good that was done by the doctor, I applied to Cleveland University in Kansas City, Kansas, with the dream of being able to help people in pain, too. I completed my prerequisites at a community college in my hometown and then made the move to Kansas City. I completed my Bachelors of Science concurrently with my Doctorate of Chiropractic in April of 2021.
In school, one particular seminar changed my outlook on chiropractic from one of only helping people out of pain to also preventing disease in the first place, starting with kiddos. I dedicated much of my extracurricular studies to pediatric, pregnancy, and neurology, specifically neurodevelopmental progress. My passion is helping people find wellness through alternative healthcare.
After school, life brought me to the beautiful state of Arizona where I very much enjoy being in the sun whether that is exploring the outdoors, relearning how to be a plant lady in a new climate or painting in my sunshine-filled house.
I am delighted to be a part of this chiropractic family and can't wait to meet you and be a part of your journey.
Hello, my name is Alexandra Robinson and I am the Office Director here at Ryno Family Chiropractic. I am looking forward to this new opportunity and to work alongside such a great team.
I have recently relocated to Arizona from Plymouth, Michigan, where I was born and raised. I attended Eastern Michigan University where I studied Speech Language Pathology. I began working for a corporate wellness company based in Novi, Michigan in 2010.
During my many travels for work, I met my future husband Alan while on a business trip in Scottsdale, Arizona. Alan was ready to accept a travel nursing position in Detroit, Michigan when he was offered a core nursing position at Mayo Clinic Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. Together we decided to make Arizona our home.
We later built a home in Peoria, Arizona. Soon thereafter, I was made aware of an opening to work with a successful and growing chiropractic office. I have been blessed with this opportunity and am extremely excited to be a part of an amazing practice at Ryno Family Chiropractic.
