DR. RYAN WILK
Hello, my name is Dr. Ryan Wilk and I am a Chiropractor. Let me tell you about my journey. I grew up in the small town of Wittmann, AZ. My childhood was filled with school, desert adventurers with my friends, home-cooked meals, and unforgettable times with my family. My mom, Sandy, and my dad, Chuck, have always been there for support and encouragement. I have three siblings that are each married with 2 kids each.
That’s right, I am an uncle of 6 beautiful nieces! I ended up making my way to Peoria, AZ where I attended high school at Centennial High School. My junior year I met my high school sweetheart, Jessi, and we have been together ever since. We got married in Arizona in March of 2017. We both attended Northern Arizona University for our undergrad degrees. I received mine in Biology with a Chemistry minor. Jessi majored in education all while competing as an NCAA athlete as a swimmer. I ended up moving to California and received my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic.
My Chiropractic interest was sparked during a late night talk with my brother the summer before college started. After some research, I decided Chiropractic was the profession for me. It was during the first year of Chiropractic school that I realized Chiropractic actually chose me. From that moment on I have been committed and on purpose to fulfill the mission of Adjusting, Educating, and Empowering families to live life to their optimal function.
I am very excited to call Peoria, AZ home and be able to enjoy life with Jessi, family, and friends. I’m looking forward to serving this wonderful community through Chiropractic, educating on a healthy lifestyle, and empowering people to live life to their optimal function.
I believe everyone should have the opportunity to receive Chiropractic care. I believe humanity will be better off if everyone gets checked and adjusted by a Chiropractor regularly. I know kids are the future and the most important investment in life. I believe Ryno Family Chiropractic will lead families to greater expression of health and knowledge in Peoria, AZ, and the surrounding communities will be well off for that. Anything less than that is depriving families of life!
I can’t wait to see you in the office and to start the journey of tuning you into your magnificence!
DR. NICK PYLE
Hello, I’m Dr. Nick Pyle. I was born and raised right here in Peoria, Arizona, and attended Centennial High School. In high school, I was an active member of the wrestling team, while also working summers as a lifeguard, swim coach, and swim lesson instructor. After high school graduation, I attended Arizona State University and played 1 year of junior college soccer at South Mountain Community College.
In 2010, after several years working in aquatics and Parks and Recreation, I wanted a career change and enrolled at Pima Medical Institute and earned my Associate of Science degree in Radiologic Technology. As an x-ray tech, I really developed a passion for working with and helping patients.
Eventually, I wanted to be able to do more to help my patients and enrolled at Logan University in St. Louis, MO to earn my Doctorate of Chiropractic. My grandfather was my Chiropractor for most of my life and I always admired his ability to help people. My grandfather and grandmother met when they attended Logan College of Chiropractic and my great-grandfather, Dr. William Coggins, also graduated from Logan and at one time was the school’s Dean, and eventually President.
I am so happy to be back in the warm, dry air of Arizona with my fiancé Jen and our three kids Kayla, Bentley, and Lilly. I am anxious to start working with patients here in my hometown using a variety of techniques including: Diversified, Gonstead, Logan Basic Technique, Myofascial Technique, McKenzie and IASTM. While in school, I also completed a rotation in the pediatrics department. I grew to love helping the pediatric population and adjust my own children on a regular basis.
My name is Jessi Castillo and I graduated from Massage School in Tucson at the Desert Institute for the Healing Arts (Cortiva) in 2001. I have worked in several massage atmospheres and now have the opportunity to offer massage to you that will complement the functional chiropractic care you receive at Ryno Family Chiropractic. I enjoy practicing a range of massage modalities and set treatment plans that are beneficial to the individual clients' needs. I look forward to working with you, along with Dr. Ryan Wilk, to offer a holistic approach to your health.
Hello, my name is Kelly Pereira and I assist with the office operations at Ryno Family Chiropractic. Here’s a little about myself and how this great opportunity for me came to be.
I was born and raised in Peoria, Arizona, attended Peoria High School, Glendale Community College and finished up school at Northern Arizona University. I worked for the Seattle Mariners during Spring Training out of college and they offered me a job in Public Relations so I found myself moving north.
Soon after, I met my husband Tony who had worked for the organization in stadium operations for over 37 years. We have four beautiful children - three daughters and a son. I stayed home to raise our children but was fortunate to have a part-time job where I worked for Chateau Ste Michelle Winery for 12 years. I was also heavily involved with PTA at the kids school and was the Children’s Ministries Coordinator for our church.
We were blessed with a job opportunity with the Arizona Cardinals for Tony in the summer of 2017, which allowed me to move back home to Peoria to be near my large family. With the kids older now, I began looking for a part-time job close to home working with people and Ryno Family Chiropractic had an opening. The best part of my job is holding our patients' babies while they get adjusted, my youngest is 11 so I miss those days. You are definitely in good hands with Dr. Ryan I am so happy to be a part of this growing practice.
Hello, my name is Alexandra Robinson and I am the Office Director here at Ryno Family Chiropractic. I am looking forward to this new opportunity and to work alongside such a great team.
I have recently relocated to Arizona from Plymouth, Michigan, where I was born and raised. I attended Eastern Michigan University where I studied Speech Language Pathology. I began working for a corporate wellness company based in Novi, Michigan in 2010.
During my many travels for work, I met my future husband Alan while on a business trip in Scottsdale, Arizona. Alan was ready to accept a travel nursing position in Detroit, Michigan when he was offered a core nursing position at Mayo Clinic Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. Together we decided to make Arizona our home.
We later built a home in Peoria, Arizona. Soon thereafter, I was made aware of an opening to work with a successful and growing chiropractic office. I have been blessed with this opportunity and am extremely excited to be a part of an amazing practice at Ryno Family Chiropractic.
