Hi everybody, Dr. Ryan with Ryno Family Chiropractic. Today we’re going to be going over the starfish exercise with two different modifications. So we’ll have Caitlin demonstrate that here. Going to have her start in this fetal positioning seated, open up the arms and legs, and let the head fall backward. Next, we have the second modification, which is Caitlin being able to fall back onto a pillow with the same movement pattern, crossing the arms and legs while coming back up. Lastly, she will just lay back and bring her head up and down. And with kids, we are also able to support the head, let it fall back, and bring it back up. And that’s your starfish exercise.
