Hi everyone, Dr. Ryan here. Today we are going to be going over the lizard exercise. This is a difficult exercise to get down but is usually one of the favorite exercises to do.
Today we’re going to have Caitlin demonstrate by going on her belly face down. She’s going to be turning her head to the right there, and now she’s going to lift her arm and leg up into a 90-degree bent position. And we’re going to have Caitlin turn her head to the other side, and that arm goes down, and the other arm and leg go up. From this point on, you usually just have to tell the kid to switch positionings instead of instructing them again and again.
Once again, difficult exercise to get down, but it is usually one of the favorites, and that’s your lizard exercise.
