I get to hear some fantastic questions asked by you, the Ryno Family! I thought I would leave a variety of some of the more common ones.
Doctor Ryan, do you get adjusted? How often do you go? Why?
Yes, I most definitely practice what I preach. I made the decision that Chiropractic care will be the foundation to my health long ago. For the past 6 + years I have received regular Chiropractic care. I currently get adjusted 1 time per week, some times more, especially if it was a week that included some extra stress. I get adjusted because I feel my body functions at a higher level, I feel my life vibrational tone increase, and I want to maximize my potential!
Doctor Ryan, what made you choose a rhino? The whole story is a great read! You can check it out HERE.
The cliff notes version goes something like this: 1. It was my nickname for my club baseball team as a kid. 2. The rhino is basically the unofficial mascot of Chiropractic. 3. The animal has many admirable traits. Rhinos are thick skinned, they always keep charging, and they have no natural predators (except for humans, unfortunately).
Doctor Ryan, did you originally want to work with expecting mom and kids?
I played basketball, baseball, and volleyball growing up and Chiropractic first struck my interest because of sports. As you know, all the major professional sports teams have a Chiropractor on their team. It wasn’t until I was in Chiropractic school and started learning about family care that I began focusing my education on caring for expecting moms, kids, and families.
Doctor Ryan, did you really attend the breastfeeding class with Amey Clark at Premier Care for Women by yourself?
Yes.
Doctor Ryan, what do you use to make that big green, gross looking smoothie everyday?
The big delicious drink I have every morning is a combination of many delicious foods! I usually start with a base of organic spinach, coconut water/almond milk/hemp milk, organic frozen fruit, and an organic fresh banana. From there you can get creative and add supplements like sunflower or hemp seeds, almond butter, hemp protein, maca powder, greens powder, chlorella, spirulina, avocado and/or coconut oil.
I hope you enjoyed this look into some of the common questions I get asked every day. If you have any questions please leave them below and I will be sure to answer them.
